Is Praxis PHIPA compliant?

Yes. Praxis is built PHIPA-compliant from the ground up — not retrofitted. Every session requires mandatory patient consent before any audio is uploaded. Signed notes are write-protected with a 10-year immutable audit trail. No PHI ever appears in system logs, and each practice is fully tenant-isolated from others.

Does it work with Jane App?

Yes. Praxis works alongside Jane, not instead of it. Once your SOAP note is reviewed and signed, one-click copy formats it for Jane's chart.

What if the AI misses something or gets it wrong?

Accepted Answer

Any missing clinical data — ROM measurements, strength grades, pain scores, follow-up plans — is flagged explicitly as UNKNOWN, never invented. Error-level flags block signing until resolved. You always review the draft before anything is locked.

Question 4

Is my patient's audio stored after transcription?

Accepted Answer

Audio is processed to generate the transcription and SOAP draft, then is not retained. The structured note is what's stored — reviewed, edited, and signed by you.

Can my whole clinic use it, or is it just for solo practitioners?

Both. Praxis supports admin, provider, and staff roles with practice-level settings and per-practice QA dashboards.
